通風管道焊接工藝要求有哪些?

過焊管采用鍍鋅鋼和不銹鋼兩種材料鋼帶成型管通過焊接工藝,焊接口緊密,密封好,不能泄漏水,確保客戶使用沒有石油泄漏空氣管,管的使用壽命超過10年,適用于高壓排氣除塵系統(tǒng)和廢氣處理系統(tǒng),風管可制成2.44米3米6米8米(建議2.44-3米一段)。焊接風管廣泛應用于工廠和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。也稱為焊管,焊管是由鋼板或鋼帶壓后形成固定長度6米的鋼管,具有生產(chǎn)工藝簡單、生產(chǎn)效率高、品種和規(guī)格,設備投資少,但其綜合實力低于無縫鋼管。
The over welded pipe is made of galvanized steel and stainless steel. The pipe is formed by steel strip. Through the welding process, the welded joint is tight, well sealed and can not leak water, so as to ensure that customers use the air pipe without oil leakage. The service life of the pipe is more than 10 years. It is suitable for high-pressure exhaust dust removal system and waste gas treatment system. The air pipe can be made into 2.44 m 3 M 6 M 8 m (a section of 2.44-3 m is recommended). Welded air ducts are widely used in factories and industrial production. Also known as welded pipe, welded pipe is a steel pipe with a fixed length of 6m formed by pressing steel plate or steel strip. It has simple production process, high production efficiency, variety and specification, and less equipment investment, but its comprehensive strength is lower than that of seamless steel pipe.
1.焊接前準備
1. Preparation before welding
(1)根據(jù)板厚形式,坡口加工采用機加工、等離子弧切割或碳弧刨削。使用碳弧氣刨、坡口和手工電弧焊時,坡口兩側應涂上石灰粉,以免飛濺金屬損壞。
(1) According to the form of plate thickness, groove processing adopts machining, plasma arc cutting or carbon arc planing. When carbon arc gouging, groove and manual arc welding are used, lime powder shall be coated on both sides of the groove to avoid splashing metal damage.
(2)應采用v型坡口,焊接電流應小,以防止不銹鋼的晶間腐蝕。

(3)為了滿足具有相同性能的接頭,焊接材料的選擇應遵循“成分相等”的原則。同時注意風管焊接接頭中鐵素體含量不宜過多,以提高接頭抗熱裂和晶間腐蝕的能力。

2.焊接技術要求

(1)手工電弧焊采用直流反向連接,氬弧焊采用直流連接。
(1) DC reverse connection is adopted for manual arc welding and DC connection is adopted for argon arc welding.
(2)焊接風管前,用不銹鋼絲刷掉焊絲表面的氧化皮,用丙酮清洗干凈,然后烘干,準備使用。
(2) Before welding the air duct, brush off the oxide scale on the surface of the welding wire with stainless steel wire, clean it with acetone, and then dry it for use.
(3)打底焊時,焊縫厚度應盡量薄,有利于與根部良好融合;熄弧時,應平緩傾斜,如熄弧停止收縮,拋光機拋光即可。起弧、熄弧必須在槽內(nèi)進行,弧坑必須填滿,防止弧坑開裂。
(3) During backing welding, the weld thickness shall be as thin as possible, which is conducive to good integration with the root; During arc extinguishing, it shall be inclined gently. If the arc extinguishing stops shrinking, it can be polished by the polishing machine. Arc starting and arc extinguishing must be carried out in the groove, and the arc pit must be filled to prevent arc pit cracking.
(4)為防止碳化物析出敏化和晶間腐蝕,應嚴格控制層間溫度和焊后冷卻速度,層間溫度應控制在60℃以下。
(4) In order to prevent carbide precipitation sensitization and intergranular corrosion, the interlayer temperature and cooling rate after welding shall be strictly controlled, and the interlayer temperature shall be controlled below 60 ℃.
(5)焊接時盡量采用氬弧焊柄技術,可控制焊接層的表面顏色和形狀,焊接效果理想。
