　　共板式法蘭風管又稱無法蘭風管，其制作形式比傳統的矩形風管加工速度更快捷、更方便、更小的漏風率。其優點是節省材料，減少工程投資;漏風量小，降低能耗，節省運行費用，頗受施工企業歡迎。

　　非標直管、彎頭、三通、四通、配件等下料后，在單機設備上完成TDF法蘭成型。

　　法蘭角由模具直接沖壓成型，安裝時卡在四個角即可。

　　美國和歐洲等發達從九十年代開始采用風管的無法蘭連接，目前此工藝已被廣泛應用于各種工程。我國的標準 GB50243-2002關于《通風與空調工程施工及驗收規范》中明確規定矩形風管可以采用無法蘭連接工藝。北京中旅大廈、井飯店、上海貝爾電話公司工程項目均采用無法蘭連接形式，效果良好。

　　Developed countries such as the United States and Europe have been using flange free connections for air ducts since the 1990s, and this process has been widely applied in various engineering projects. The national standard GB50243-2002 of our country specifies that rectangular ducts can use the non flange connection process in the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering". The Beijing China Travel Service Building, Wangfujing Hotel, and Shanghai Bell Telephone Company engineering projects all adopt the non blue connection form, and the effect is good.
