　　1)風管程度裝置，程度度允許偏向不大于3mm / m，總偏向不大于20mm;風管垂直裝置。垂直度允許偏向不大于2mm / m，總偏向不大于20mm。

　　1) Ventilation duct degree device, degree allowable deviation is not more than 3m m/m, total deviation is not more than 20mm; Ventilation duct vertical device. The allowable deviation of perpendicularity is not more than 2 m m/m and the total deviation is not more than 20 mm.

　　2)管道吊架與法蘭之間的間隔不得小于20mm。柔性短管長度150~300mm。金屬軟管和非金屬軟管長度不得大于2m，不得有死彎或垮落現象。

　　2) The distance between the pipe hanger and the flange shall not be less than 20 mm. The length of flexible short tube is 150-300 mm. The length of metal hose and non-metal hose shall not be greater than 2m, and there shall be no dead bending or collapse.

　　3)主氣管吊架與支管之間的間隔不得小于200mm。

　　5)風管彎頭、三通、閥門處必需加吊鉤。管道長度應超越15m，防搖支架不得小于1根。

　　6)通風管道吊架間隔不保溫風管邊緣30mm，間隔保溫風管保溫層邊緣30mm。

　　6) The suspension rack of ventilation duct is separated by 30 mm of the edge of the insulating duct and 30 mm of the insulating layer of the insulating duct.

　　7)風管保溫應平整，法蘭必需單獨保溫，法蘭保溫資料應與管道分歧。風管程度度為3‰，垂直度為2‰，總偏向不超越20mm。

　　8)風管與法蘭壓邊座寬度為6~9mm，嚴密、直觸。

　　9)玻璃鋼管道法蘭銜接時，法蘭螺栓間距不大于120mm，法蘭間距平均，法蘭應平整，法蘭墊片厚度為3~5mm。

　　10)玻璃纖維管道長度超越20m時，應增加不少于一個固定支架;玻璃纖維風管長度超越20m時，應按設計請求增加伸縮縫。

　　10) When the length of fiberglass duct exceeds 20m, not less than one fixed bracket shall be added; when the length of fiberglass duct exceeds 20m, the expansion joint shall be added according to the design request.

　　11)氣管經過的收縮節采用軟銜接。軟管長度為100mm +伸縮縫寬度。風管保溫資料為巖棉時，保溫采用鐵角打包帶，間距0.6~0.7m。通風管道規格400mm以下的支吊架間距不得大于4m，通風管道規格400mm以上的支吊架間距不得大于3m。

　　11) The contraction joints of trachea are connected by soft joint. The length of hose is 100mm + the width of expansion joint. When the data of air duct insulation is rock wool, iron angle packing belt is used for insulation, and the spacing is 0.6-0.7m. The spacing between supports and hangers with ventilation pipe specifications of less than 400 mm shall not be greater than 4 m, and that between supports and hangers with ventilation pipe specifications of more than 400 mm shall not be greater than 3 m.

　　13)風管垂直裝置，支架間距不大于4m，玻璃管不大于3m。

　　14)排氣管與屋面風機銜接采用6mm橡膠墊，鍍鋅螺栓加平墊、彈簧墊圈。

　　15)室外鐵管保溫應平整、潤滑，咬合不小于20~25mm。
