變頻器通風管道的生活應用

高壓變頻器的發熱部件主要有兩部分:一是整流變壓器;二是功率元件,變頻器的冷卻方式-般采用空氣冷卻或者水冷卻。在動力功率較小時,采用自然空氣冷卻或空調冷卻滿足要求。在功率較大時,通過在散熱器中通水,利用循環水流帶走熱量。單純從散熱的角度,水冷是非常理想,即有冷卻效果又。但是,水循環系統工藝對密封要求很高,安裝復雜,維護量大,水循環系統一旦漏水,會帶來嚴重隱患。所以,能夠用空氣冷卻解決問題的場合,就不采用水冷。

變頻器冷卻的現狀及問題為了解決變頻器冷卻及防塵問題,南片水廠取水泵站配置4臺五匹吸頂式空調對變頻器發熱進行室內循環冷卻,在2017年6月開始的高峰供水期間,南片水廠取水泵站的兩臺高壓變頻器24h常態在45Hz運行。但是當氣象溫度在35℃以上時,安裝在室內的4套五匹空調全部開啟,卻還是無法將室溫降低變頻器允許的環境溫度40℃以下。變頻器發熱量近似值=變頻器容量X55W即1000kVAX0.9X55W=49.5kW;-匹空調制冷量近似值為2000kcal×1.162=2324W(其中,1.162為熱能能量轉換系數);五匹空調制冷量2324W×5匹=11.62kW,也就是說4臺五匹空調的制冷功率相當與-臺變頻器的發熱量。

如果任由這種運行情況持續下去,將使變頻器出現故障的概率劇增,屆時不僅會產生高額的維修費用,還會導致取水泵站取水能力下降,進而影響南片水廠的高峰供水。南片水廠取水泵站從實際檢測數據顯示整流變壓器發熱大于功率單元元件的發熱量。如能把這部分的熱量引走,不僅可以降低室溫,還能減輕空調的負荷,減少空調的開啟臺數,實現降耗。
