1、回風風道及保溫材料風道不得有水平平縫，這次采用矩形風管，底寬800mm內不得有接頭，800-1000mm內只能有一個接頭，2400mm內有兩個焊縫，以上所有尺寸均禁止水平平縫。

1. The return air duct and insulation material duct must not have horizontal seams. This time, rectangular ducts are used, with no joints within 800mm of bottom width, only one joint within 800-1000mm, and two welds within 2400mm. Horizontal seams are prohibited for all dimensions mentioned above.

2、組合式凈化送風機組組合式送風排風機組采用組合式框板結構，可現場直接安裝，外形美觀，安裝維護方便，漏風率小(當機組靜壓為1000Pa時，漏風率小于1%)。維護板(即外殼)采用雙層夾芯板結構，能良好的保溫性能和耐腐蝕性能。

3、初、中、過濾器凈化過濾系統分為初、中、過濾器，對車間內的粉塵進行除塵過濾。初級過濾器主要過濾5m的塵粒，中級過濾器主要過濾1m的塵粒，過濾器采用無隔板過濾器，過濾效率高99.99%，容塵量大，使用壽命長(兩年左右)。
