主排氣管通風(fēng)面積不夠

依據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),深圳廚房油煙通風(fēng)管道安裝的主排煙管道里的風(fēng)力不可超出15m/s,不然運(yùn)作一段時(shí)間后會(huì)阻塞排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。在餐飲油煙凈化器的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)在實(shí)踐中,絕大多數(shù)情況下,排煙管道因通風(fēng)面積不足阻塞,管中氣體流速超過15m/s。
Based on engineering experience, the wind force in the main smoke exhaust duct installed in the oil fume ventilation duct of Shenzhen kitchen should not exceed 15m/s, otherwise the exhaust system will be blocked after operation for a period of time. In practice, in the operation of restaurant oil fume purifiers, in the vast majority of cases, the exhaust pipe is blocked due to insufficient ventilation area, and the gas flow rate in the pipe exceeds 15m/s.
管道的橫截面積減少

當(dāng)排煙管道越過建筑梁時(shí),自然通風(fēng)的橫截面積縮小,橫截面積里的摩擦阻力擴(kuò)大,氣旋流暢。
When the smoke exhaust duct crosses the building beam, the cross-sectional area of natural ventilation decreases, the frictional resistance in the cross-sectional area increases, and the cyclone flows smoothly.
用后排氣管堆積

當(dāng)排氣管越過建筑梁或繞開另一臺管道時(shí),一段排氣管將小于全部排氣管的平面圖。應(yīng)用一段時(shí)間后,油水混合物會(huì)堆積在排氣管下邊,直接關(guān)系排煙系統(tǒng)的順利開展。
When the exhaust pipe crosses a building beam or bypasses another pipeline, one section of the exhaust pipe will be smaller than the plan view of all exhaust pipes. After a period of application, the oil-water mixture will accumulate under the exhaust pipe, directly affecting the smooth operation of the smoke exhaust system.
下一層排煙系統(tǒng)受阻
