3、風管法蘭制作。由于風管采用鋼板法蘭連接，尺寸較大的三通、彎頭等制作需要拼接板材。但是，鋼板法蘭位置嚴格不允許拼接。其強度不能達到要求，須采用角鋼法蘭或按設計及規范要求處理。在變風量系統中，由于管道內保持較穩定的靜壓狀態，對風管強度及密封性能要求較高。

3. Manufacturing of air duct flanges. Due to the use of steel plate flanges for air ducts, the production of larger tees, elbows, etc. requires splicing of plates. 4、風管三通制作：在VAV變風量系統中，由于三通兩側的風量在不同工況下會發生變化，而隔板或倒流片會嚴重限制了風量的分配，因此三通位置不能加裝導流板或中間加固隔斷。但部件強度必須符合設計及規范要求，請采用角鋼法蘭或按設計及規范要求加固處理。

4.
