一、系統網的布局形式
1、 Layout of system network
為方便管網的管理和運行調節,管網系統不宜過大,同一系統有多個分支管時,應將這些分支管分級控制,且同一系統的吸氣點不宜過多,一定要注意各支管的壓力平衡。常用的管網布局方式有干管配管、個別配管、環狀配管3種。

管道鋪設分明裝、暗裝,一般采用明裝。因為明裝以便于檢修,在無法采用明裝時考慮暗裝方式,管道盡可能的集中成列,盡量沿墻或柱子平行鋪設,若管徑大或保溫應布局在靠墻側。一般兩根管道平行布局時,間距不小于100~200mm。

Because open installation is convenient for maintenance, when it is not possible to use open installation, consider concealed installation. 在以焊接為主要連接方式方法的管道中,應設置足夠數量的法蘭連接,在以螺紋為主的連接管道中應設置足夠的活接頭,以便宜于安裝、拆卸、檢修。

3、通風管道加工系統的支撐原則管道不宜與閥件直接支撐在設備上,應單獨設置支架或吊架,管道的焊縫位置應在施工方便或受力較小的地方,焊縫不得位于支架處且距離不小于200mm。
