鍍鋅螺旋風管
Galvanized spiral air duct
風管采用鍍鋅鋼板，其厚度應符合GB50243-2002下表選用以下規(guī)定。形風管的彎管，可采用內(nèi)弧型或內(nèi)斜線矩形彎管。當邊長A大于或等于500mm時，應設置彎管導流片。矩形風管的三通或四通，可采用分叉式或分隔式。風管與法蘭連接，翻邊應平整，寬度應一致且不小于6mm，并不得有開裂及孔洞，對角及翻邊縫應涂上密封膠。法蘭用料規(guī)格見下表： 風管法蘭制作應先做好模具。模具做好后檢查模具的幾何尺寸，對角線是否符合設計及規(guī)范要求，檢查無誤后進行下料、校直、鉆鉚釘孔（孔距不大于150mm）、組裝、焊接、鉆孔。另外對邊長大于800的風管應加固措施。風管及法蘭尺寸的允許偏差和檢驗方法見下表：
