通風管道發(fā)生噪音怎樣做好減少噪音？

一、噪音來源于

通風管道管理體系工作噪音一般來自下列好多個層面:

1、通風風管的晃動。由于通風風管原材料是鍍鋅鋼板或是是金屬復合材料，在工程施工時要不容樂觀依照工程施工檢驗標準挑選不銹鋼厚度和施工技術(shù)，例如風管制作錯漏、豎直度、通風風管結(jié)構(gòu)加固、抗震支架挑選及制做機器設備這些。到工程施工環(huán)節(jié)，通風口盡可能不必靠近機器設備。電風扇前后左右盡可能都是有5米之上的長短。假設能夠提升彎管數(shù)量還可以降低噪音，出風口改裝濾網(wǎng)，噪音操縱功效也很好。

1、離心風機安裝時按設計方案規(guī)定或施工工藝規(guī)定，設定減震設備。

1. During the installation of centrifugal fan, damping equipment shall be set according to the provisions of design scheme or construction process.

2、為避免螺旋風管震動，在每一個系統(tǒng)軟件螺旋風管的拐彎處、與排風機和出風口的相接處設支撐架。

3、離心風機、螺旋風管相互連接選用塑料軟管聯(lián)接，離心風機吸入口的塑料軟管安裝要保證緊松適當，防止因軟接到松減少進通風口總面積，而造成噪音和震動。
