在安裝算量中,有一個為暖通,其中通風系統是其中很重要的一環。以通風系統說一下操作的方法及注意事項。

通風系統在安裝算量中有兩種作法,一種是描圖方式,一種是轉化方式。這次針對性說一下轉化方式的應用。

通風考慮的主要有風口、風管、風閥、風設備及一些附件。

一、風管的識別
1. Identification of duct
對于風管的轉化之前,有一個內容必須要先明確,那就是關于風管的標高。用高度調整命令查看時,有時顯示出來的結果不一樣。那是因為,管線和管道的標高就是線或管的中心標高,平時再說管道多高時,就是把管道看成一根線。而如果做風管,那在表示標高時,方法就有些不同。要說風管管底標高,還是中心標高,還是頂標高。所以在風管之前,要看清圖紙上的風管將來是上平齊,還是下平齊,還是中心齊,那相對應的調整管底標高,中心標高和頂標高。(此外,在做風管轉化時,也要針對性的要使用對應的一種)。

那現在要做好風管轉化,這一步要輸入好以下方面:一是風管的材質,二是風管的壁厚,三是風管的接口型式,四是風管的保溫厚度。這些參數較好看一下說明,如果沒有的話參考05N4-3的相關規定。

二、風閥的繪制及注意事項

關于風閥可以用轉化,也可以直接繪制,方法可以參考轉化設備。這里說一下風閥中比較特殊的內容。在管道里面,閥門是不扣減管道長度的,但在風管里面,風閥是要扣減掉風管的長度的,對于不同的風閥類型,有不同的扣減方法。如下圖所示,有的是風管寬度不論什么值,風閥只扣一個固定值;有的是風管寬度論什么值,風閥長度扣固定加上風管的高度(或半徑);還有一種情況,風管的寬度與風閥的長度有一個對應關系。我們可以根據具體的說明來選擇不同的風閥類別。
