通風管道加工廠家用作通風管道的材料很多，但常用的主要有以下（1）金屬薄板。金屬薄板是制作風管及部件的主要材料。通常使用的有普通薄鋼板、鍍鋅薄鋼板、不銹鋼鋼板、鋁板和塑料復合鋼板。它們的優點是易于工業化加工制作、安裝方便、能承受較高溫度。

塑料復合鋼板。在普通薄鋼板表面噴上一層0.2~0.4mm厚的塑料層。西安通風管道加工廠家常將塑料復合鋼板用于防塵要求較高的空調系統和-10~70℃溫度下耐腐蝕系統的風管。通風工程常用的鋼板厚度是0.5~4mm。
